"Je n’ai eu aucune mauvaise surprise nulle part. La nourriture est très bonne, des salades au hamburgers en passant par des plats plus raffinés. Si on cherche, il y en a pour tous les budgets.
Pour sortir, on a souvent ses lieux de prédilection mais là aussi chaque découverte a été un plaisir surtout que là bas, la plupart des lieux sont soit des rooftop avec des vues à couper le souffle, soit des basements avec des décos ultra poussées. Ils sont assez doués en cocktails. Par contre, les planches de fromages ou de charcuteries ca n’est pas leur fort.

To go out, we often have places where we want to go and it's all the time a pleasure to discover this places. In Sydney, most of the places are either rooftop with breathtaking views, or basements with awesome decorations. They make great cocktails. But in other hand, if you're looking for cheeses or delicatessen ca it's not their strong point.

Les meilleurs burgers de Sydney
. Grilled : Les burgers sont censés être plutôt lights ;)
. Benbry : Burgers à emporter trop bon :) C'est une toute petite adresse de connaisseurs
. Chur burger : Censé être les meilleurs burger de sydney :) ! C'est un endroit branché :)
Restaurants
. Din tai fung : Les meilleurs daplings de sydney
. Baroque french restaurant : Restaurant français hyper réputé avec vue sur l'opéra
. Mr Wong : Asiat branché et délicieux un peu cher par contre
. Movida : Restaurant de tapas
. Jamie's italian : Restaurant italian, le chef est super connu là bas
. Sake : meilleur japonais de Sydney mais très cher
Sinon il faut aller dans le quartier de SURRY HILLS ou de NEWTON, il y a pleins de trucs.
Bars
Ils tous top. Les australiens ont vraiment cette culture : des cocktails à la déco en passant par le service, c'est top !
. The Baxter Inn . Palmer and co : Cocktails, déco et service des années 60 c'est top !
. Ivy Bar . The Lobo Plantation
. El Topo : mexicain . Grandma's bar
. The Glenmore : Rooftop avec une super vue sur la baie et l'opéra
. Sumit bar : Il tourne à 360 degré ;)
Melbourne
. Heirloom : très bon restaurant japonais . Lucy lui kitchen : c'est aussi un très bon japonais un peu plus branché
. Gazi : restaurant grec tenu par un des jury du top chefs australien :)
. Meetballs : très bon pour déjeuner.
. Huxtaburger : adresse de burger cachée dans le quartier des artistes, c'est très bon.

The best burgers of Sydney
. Grilled: Here burgers are supposed to be "light".
. Benbry: You can take a burger to go. They are yummy and it's not a touristic address... This one is for Burgers fans ;)
. Chur burger: It's a hipster place ;) They make the "most delicious" burgers in Sydney.
Restaurants
. Din tai fung: The best daplings in sydney
. Baroque french restaurant: Good French restaurant with a great view of the Opera.
. Mr Wong: Asian restaurant, a little bit expansive but a good one.
. Movida: Tapas restaurant.
. Jamie's italian: The Chef of this good Italian restaurant is famous in Australia :)
. Sake: Best japanese restaurant in Sydney but very expansive.
You can also go to the Surry Hills district or Newton district also, you'll find a lot of places to eat.

They are all good. Australians really have the culture of cocktails, great decorations, awesome service, it's really nice!

Gazi: Greek restaurant, the owners of this one are chefs like the tv show "Top chefs" in France. . Meetballs: It's good to go there to have a lunch. . Huxtaburger: Secret burger address in the artists district.
